Punctuality – Early = On-Time We believe being on the set ready to go, parked, fed, bathed and relieved is the first key to a successfully program.
Appearance – The way you look plays a significant role in your success. Appearance is not only important because our staff is wearing a branded shirts it also translates to performance. Even if consumers try not to judge the brand based on the representatives appearance, they will do it subconsciously. It they don’t accept and welcome the Brand Ambassador they wont be open to your messaging.
Attitude – PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) We require all of our staff be happy, health and outgoing. We take good care of our staff to ensure they are happy, well paid, paid quickly and any concern is addressed. A happy team is an effective team.
Training – “Knowing is half the battle.” Its not just for GI Joe, when our team members understand the goals, brand, product and activation they will do everything possible to meet bench marks and exceed expectations. Proper training and planning leads to superior results.
