Training and Development

All Brand Ambassadors and event staff are trained in the art of customer service. To become a Certified Brand Ambassador Representative, staff is given knowledge, skills, and competencies required to increase customer satisfaction. As well all staff receives specific brand and product training for every assignment they take.

Our customers are encouraged be hands on with the staff and to provide training materials, or actually take part in the training. In the age of technology we can organize video conference or set up an in person training to suit the needs of the client and campaign.

Many members of our team have been with Brand Ambassadors for years and have grown from novices to experts. We pair new staff with more experienced team members so they can guide and mentor. We promote from within and develop event managers, project managers, brand managers and program directors from the ground up. Trained staff = happy workers = effective activations.
